Interview Coordinator includes a set of web pages which provide the functionality to create a corporate job board (sometimes known as a vacancy sub-site or company careers pages). These pages include a vacancy list page, a set of vacancy details pages and a set of pages which allow the candidate to apply for the vacancy online.
These candidate application pages can be user configured, so that the candidate application process is the most appropriate for each individual recruitment campaign.
For example, for some campaigns, the hiring manager can configure the application process to ask candidates to upload their CV plus a completed application form. On others, where an application form is not necessary, the hiring manager could ask for just a CV, or a CV and a covering letter.
Hiring managers can also configure a set of application questions specific to each campaign. The application questions are then answered as part of the full candidate application process. Individual application questions can be configured to require a text or video answer (or both).
