In response to customer demand, Interview Coordinator (www.interviewcoordinator.com), the online interview management and applicant tracking system now includes ‘Response Coordinator’ an integrated vacancy content management system (CMS) and candidate response facility.
Applicable to companies of all size, but primarily aimed at small to medium sized companies, the new feature provides an easy way for hiring managers to publish and manage job vacancy content on their own website. It also allows candidates to apply online and upload their CV directly into the appropriate campaign on Interview Coordinator.
Optionally, the new feature also makes it easy for hiring managers to publish supporting campaign documentation to the web. Potential candidates can therefore access detailed job specification or FAQ documents which can often refine the calibre of applicants,

For vacancies advertised on jobsites or in the more traditional media, the system will generate a unique url which can be used as part of the advert response instructions. By using the url, candidates will automatically upload their CV into Interview Coordinator.
As there are no up front costs to implementing the new vacancy response mechanism, the new features are especially attractive to SME’s. Payment is made per campaign and with a prices starting at just £35 or lower, this represents only a very small proportion of the normal budget for a recruitment campaign.
