Where hiring organisations are using the Interview Coordinator recruitment management system to help administer their recruitment processes, any candidate stored in the system can easily review all their personal data online.
To get access to their personal data the candidate must enter an email address which they are using, or have used in the past for communicating on one or more vacancies.
Where a valid email address is entered, Interview Coordinator will send a verification code to that address. The candidate can then enter the verification code into the appropriate field on the Candidate Verification page.
Once a valid verification code is entered, the candidate can first review a list of vacancies with which the email address is associated and then select a vacancy to review all their personal data stored as part the recruitment process for that vacancy.
