Interview Coordinator is used in a browser – E.G. Chrome, Microsoft I.E.(Edge), Safari or Firefox. However there are many different versions of these browsers and many different device types on which they are run.
Unfortunately, not all browser interpret HTML5 code in the same way. In some cases, even different version of the same browser type will display the same HTML page differently.
We try to maintain compatibility with all browser versions. However new versions are being released at regular intervals. Therefore, if you are experiencing any difficulties using Interview Coordinator, it could be because something has changed on the latest browser version.
To help us diagnose issues of this kind, it will help greatly if we know which browser you are using.

Please note : Some important Interview Coordinator pages have been specifically designed to work well on screens of any size devices. However, we do not recommend trying to use the main Interview Coordinator pages on any device with a screen size of less than 10 inches (or 9.7 inches for an iPad) and a screen resolution of at least 1200 x 800 “effective pixels”.
