Some companies may have to many current vacancies to display on a single webpage. Therefore the Interview Coordinator Candidate Experience pages provide an easy way to search and/or filter the list of posted vacancies.
To search/filter the vacancy list, click or tap the orange magnifying glass icon, located in the header and footer of the vacancy list grid. The vacancy search pop-up will be displayed
You can search on any of the different data fields shown in the drop-down menu of the search criteria field (located on the left) and use any of the logical search operators shown in the drop-down menu of the search operator field (located in the centre).
For example, if you wanted to search for all vacancies within a specific department, select the “Department” field for the search criteria, then select “contains” as the search operator and type in “account” into the value field. When you click/tap the find button, the vacancy list will display only those vacancies which have the word “account” within the designated department title.
The full list of search criteria is : Jobtitle, Reference number, Department, Function, Industry, PostinExpiryDate, Date Posted, Role Type, Salary Type, MinSalary, Max Salary AddSalary(benefits), Country, Area & Location
To fill list of search operators is : Contains, Equal, Not equal, Less, Less or equal, Greater, Greater or equal, Begins with, Does not begin with, is in, is not in, End with, Does not end with
You can also search for multiple criteria and select the logic operator between criteria. For example to search for all vacancies where the Job Title field contains “support” OR the Department field contains “tech”, click the + icon to add a second search line, change the AND operator to OR and type in the “Support” and “Tech” strings into the search value fields.#
To adjust the columns displayed in the vacancy list, select the pen icon in the header or footer bar of the list grid. The Select columns pop-up will be displayed.
The right hand section of the pop-up shows the currently displayed columns and the right hand section shows the list of columns which can be added to the grid. Use the red “-“ (minus) and “+” (plus) icons to add or remove displayed columns.
You can also sort the displayed vacancies by clicking on the column heading. The displayed vacancy list will be sorted alphabetically ascending or descending on the values in the selected column
