The “Application Questions Instructions” stage of the Application Process Wizard is an option. It is not always shown. The page can be configured by the hiring manager to provide guidance on how they would like a candidate to respond to the Application Questions.
Where this stage is configured and displayed, the candidate must read the instructions and click to Accept they have understood the instructions before moving to the next stage of the Application Process Wizard.
