The hiring manager for each vacancy can configure the application process to be different for each vacancy. As well as entering their contact details candidates can be requested to upload up to 3 documents in support of their application and also respond to one or more application questions which can be tailored for each vacancy.
Where hiring managers choose to create an extended application process they can also configure the Application Process Wizard to display an initial instructions page. The instructions page will normally explain the full application process and will require that candidates click to confirm they have read and understood the instructions.
Where an instruction stage is shown in the Application Process Wizard, candidates must read the instructions and click to Accept their understanding, before moving to the next stage of the application process.
