The job board posting feature in Interview Coordinator allows the hiring manager to post a job advert to an internet job board with a few clicks of the mouse.
Each job board posting generates a unique candidate response URL which allows Interview Coordinator to track which candidates have applied through which job board. The software therefore provides valuable information as to which job boards are generating the largest quantity and/or best quality of candidates.
