To access your campaign questions select your campaign from the list when you log in on the “active campaigns” page and select the campaign you wish to add/edit the questions of, or create a new campaign. Once you have got to the appropriate campaign navigate to the “interview questions” tab where you will be shown 4 options:
- Application questions
- Online screening
- Telephone interview
- Face-to-face
These are all ways in which you can ask the applicant questions. The application questions will mean the user has to answer some questions as they are applying for the job role, the online screening questions is the next stage in the interview. After this will come the telephone interview and then finally a face-to-face meeting between you and the applicant. You can set question in each stage of the application so you will have a list of questions ready no matter where they are in the application process.
During the application process you may want to ask a series of questions to the applicant so that you are able to get a more in depth view on them other than just what is on their CV and try and make an accurate image of what they would be like as a worker from this.
When you select the question type you are looking for from the list and then select “add” then “new question” you will be able to choose the question type, the attribute then type the question you want to be shown. You will also be able to set an “excepted response”, so when you come back to look at the answers at a later date, if you have forgotten what you believed to be the ideal answer, the answer will still be there.
You are also able to use a question previously asked using the historical questions database. This is a record of very question you have set in the past so going forward you can save even more time by simply using the same questions as before.
